I am a licensed addictions counselor, who has worked with youth, adults and families in Central Vermont for over 20 years. I utilize a holistic, strength based treatment approach that focuses on helping people understand their habitual behaviors and identify their own motivations for change. My specialty is working with adolescents and youth but I have experience helping people of all ages make positive changes in their lives. Currently, I live in Central Vermont with my wife and a very large dog.
